How exciting! We are hosting our first Bistro Evening on Saturday 19th October with tables available from 6.15pm.  You can opt for either two or three courses from our specially created menu and we ask that you bring your own alcohol – although soft drinks will be available to purchase.

Pumpkin Arancini
Two mozzarella filled rice balls, mixed with home grown organic pumpkin, deep fried and served with a spiced chutney and a crunchy salad

Smoked Salmon and Spinach Roulade
Smoked salmon and cream cheese wrapped in a light spinach roulade served
with a fresh salad

Homemade Chicken, Pancetta and Leek Tart
Flavoured with tarragon and served with a crisp salad

Mains

Moroccan Stuffed Romano Pepper
Both halves of a delicious red Romano pepper, stuffed with Moroccan spicy chickpeas, vegetables and dried apricots

Beef Stifado
The Butcher’s Block’s finest beef shin, slow cooked in a red wine and cinnamon
stock, with baby onions and sour cream

 Chicken Ballotine
Brie and sun-blushed tomato filled chicken breast, wrapped in prosciutto and served with a jug of pomodoro sauce

All main courses come with a bowl of minted new potatoes and seasonal
vegetables tossed in garlic oil

Desserts

Blackberry Clafoutis
A classic French dessert made with locally sourced blackberries, served with
thick whipped cream and a mixed fruit coulis

White Chocolate and Ginger Cheesecake
Served with your choice of ice cream or cream
