Café and Takeaway
The bright, airy café is the perfect place for you to chill out over a hot drink, breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. Feel free to bring your book or better still borrow one of ours and the games are not just for the kids!
We offer an extensive range of sandwich fillings and our sandwiches are big. If you like simplicity, then you can't go wrong with our cheeses or home cooked meats. If you're more adventurous, then you'll like the more interesting combinations like crayfish with black pudding or our popular luxury hot sandwiches with well tried and tested ingredients. Please feel free to personalise your choice if it's not exactly what you want.
If you're hankering after poached eggs or a full English in the afternoon, you're in luck as we offer our breakfast menu until 2pm!

Gift Vouchers
These are available and can be used over several visits for café food as well as takeaway. Please email us or pop in.
Afternoon Teas
We offer afternoon teas from Tuesday to Saturday 1.00pm–3:00pm. We ask that you book for a minimum of two people and at least 24 hours in advance. (Take away also available).
Hungry or thirsty but no time to stop?
You can enjoy delicious homemade cakes, amazing cold and hot sandwich combinations, freshly made soups and drinks all available to take away. We can be busy over lunchtimes and you may have to queue but we work as fast as we can to ensure that your food is just what you've ordered and your wait isn't too long. You can telephone your order in advance to save time too.
Catering
